Which countries do you cover in the subscription?
Tender Impulse provides information from all across the globe from over 190+ countries. We provide information from unilateral funding agencies to multi-lateral funding agencies and NGO's to banks and central public procurement portals. Tender Impulse also covers local tenders published by municipalities and townships and even PPP companies thus covering the complete scope of public procurement landscape.
Do you offer a free trial or a demo?

What are the different packages available?
Tender Impulse provides a one package suits all service. Our subscription package is a minimum tenure of 12 months (1 year) covering daily email alerts, access to our website, request for bid documents and key account manager services allowing you to focus on maximizing bid responses. We also provide language translation services at no extra cost within the same subscription.
Do you offer tenders from private companies?
Yes, Tender Impulse covers information of tenders from all companies who are public private partnership along with all public enterprises. We cover a gamut of large private enterprises along with public organizations to give our customers a best in class procurement digest.
Is the subscription charge only a one-time payment or recurring payment?
Our subscription is only a onetime payment for using our website for the desired period. We do not charge anything over and above the subscription fees for all the services that we provide. Customers just have to pay once and enjoy the services throughout the lifecycle of their subscription.
Do you provide access to bid documents?
Yes, one of the most loved services of Tender Impulse is our ability to procure complete bidding documents for all tenders posted on our website. In cases where the bid documents are not transferrable as part of the government authority's mandate, we redirect our customers to the tendering authority from where they can download the bid documents and even submit their bids online.
Can I customize the account to receive specific tenders matching my interest?
Yes, one of the unique selling points of a Tender Impulse subscription is its ability to offer customized alerts for its clients. How do I get access to the Tender Impulse API?
Getting started is simple. Share your integration requirements with our team and we will provide the API documentation, available endpoints, authentication details and a data sample - covering both tender notices and contract awards - so your developers can begin integrating quickly. Reach out through our enquiry page to request API access and pricing.
Is the subscription renewed automatically?
No, we do not enforce the subscription year on year. Customers have the rights to decide if they want to renew the subscription. There is NO automatic renewal. The key account manager asks through an email about the customer's consent on the renewal and only after receiving the consent is the subscription renewed.
How are the payments made?
Payments can be made via SWIFT transfer or credit card. Indian customers can also choose to pay via UPI. All payments are only made after receiving a proforma/tax invoice from Tender Impulse.
