Tenders are invited for Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Oil Field Protection Force Brigade HQ Camp & South Entry Check Point at the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area, Republic of Iraq. Envelopes with Bids shall be delivered to the address specified in Tender Documentation before 03:00 p.m. (Basra time) 11.10.2023. Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation, including: a) During the years of 2016-2022, the Bidder completed at least two (2) EPC or design and build projects as the main contractor in the Republic of Iraq with the value of each project not less than 7,000,000 US Dollars; b) The Bidder has average annual turnover (revenue) for the last three years (2020-2022) for the amount of not less than 3,000,000 (three million) US Dollars; c) The Bidder is able to submit Bid Bond in amount of 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand) US Dollars.
