Moreover, this objective aims to empower these institutions to continue implementing and maintaining the program's initiatives, interventions, and impact even after the program concludes. By building their capacities, providing necessary resources, and promoting collaboration, the objective seeks to ensure the sustainability and lasting benefits of the program within the local context. 3. Purpose of the Activity The assignment of capacity building for the Career development centers aims to enhance the center’s capabilities and empower its staff effectively guide individuals in achieving their career aspirations. 4. Scope of the Activity For this Activity, SPARK expects the below points to be delivered accordingly: 1. Capacity building trainings for 16-20 Career Development Center Staffs with focusing on female and Iraqi participants. 2. Training would cover only 8 days, as 6 of the days will be virtually, and the other 2 days are for in-person training covering all topics of the training. 3. Out of the total 6 days of training, 2 of it will be provided for an activity to exchange ideas and learning between participants and European CDC of universities[1]. 4. the training in-person are 2 days, and it will be delivered in Erbil city. 5. Training plan with outline of contents to be covered and proposed participatory methods of delivery aligned to the contents. 6. Participants are from different universities and institutions in Mosul, Erbil, Dohuk and Baghdad. 7. The participants will be selected by Spark organization based on the partners nominations and candidacy by filtering the most relevant participants who would benefit from the Capacity Training activity.
