The scope of services include but not limited to: Preventive maintenance of heating system, sanitary, electrical, A/C Units, fire system, CCTV, Access control, x-ray scanner & walk through metal detector, pest control, maintenance & repair of furniture, doors, roofing, plumbing etc., consulting services, minor construction and gardening services. The proposed contract is for the period of two (2) years with the option to extend for additional three (1+1+1) years only. The extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, availability of funds and extension of the mission mandate..
