Supply and Delivery of Furniture, Equipment and accessories to OSESGY in Amman – Jordan

The Supplier shall deliver requested furniture, equipment’s or accessories; at DAP OSESGY premises in Amman within four (4) weeks after receipt of the Release Order. All furniture shall be delivered in proper packaging to protect the items from damage during transportation, loading, unloading and handling. The contractor shall provide catalogue/brochures/data cards of the ordered furniture for approval for approval of OSESGY representative. The catalogue shall include photos of the product, operation and servicing manuals in English language. Samples for specific items may be requested for further review if deemed necessary by the OSESGY Representative. The samples, if requested, shall be submitted to the UN, within the least possible time but not more than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the request. The samples shall be provided by the invited vendors free of charge with no guarantee that they will be returned by the UN unless the vendor agrees to take them back in "as-is" condition and pays for their return. The UN shall give no guarantee as to the condition of the samples upon completion of the designated tests and technical evaluation. Before delivery to the site, the Supplier shall inspect the furniture and verify dimensions and quality of workmanship to be in compliance with project requirements and the site conditions. The OSESGY representative shall inspect the furniture at the delivery point and will any goods that are not conforming to the requirements set forth in the BoQ and in this document. The Supplier shall bear all costs and risks involved in procuring and delivering the required materials and equipment to the OSESGY site, ensuring a reliable supply chain. Unless otherwise noted, the warranty for all goods shall be min. one (1) years. In case of defective goods, the Defects Liability Period re-commences for any item that had initial defects and were replaced by the Supplier. All costs relating to the fulfilment of the warranty provisions e.g. travel of personnel, repairs, and provisions of parts and/or transportation of defective goods to Supplier’s warehouse/manufacturing plant and/or transporting replacements from Supplier’s facilities to the Mission, shall be borne in full by the Supplier. Suppliers shall extend third party manufacturers warranties to the Mission in full, with the minimum warranty as stated above.. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 16 Oct 2023.
