Bids are submitted in a closed, sealed envelope with the participant’s name and address (for notification purposes) and the bid number written on it, and deposited in the bidding box at the university until two o’clock in the afternoon on the above-mentioned Wednesday, noting that bids will be opened at twelve o’clock on Thursday, 12/ 10/2023 4. The validity of the prices submitted by participants must be no less than three months from the date of opening the bids. 5. Advertising fees are paid to the person who wins the bid, no matter how often. 6. Adherence to the forms found on the university’s website in particular. 7. Companies wishing to participate in the tender must provide us with the company email. 8. Those wishing to participate in university tenders are allowed to use credit cards to purchase copies of the tender. 9. Any offer that does not meet these conditions and the general and special conditions of the invitation to tender will not be considered. 10. Bids shall be submitted in three copies (original and two copies) and each copy shall be placed in a separate envelope. The start date for submitting offers: 20/09/2023.
