OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT: Between 2021 and 2022, the HR team embarked on a PMDS benchmarking study and results indicated the need to have a user-friendly and fit-for-purpose system that is well integrated and aligned with other HR and corporate management systems. To this end, GCF is looking for companies to integrate talent and performance management processes and practices in an online system that is agile and fit-for-purpose, which would enable smooth management of the different stages of the performance management process by the HR administrators, and ease-of-use system for confirmed staff members, probationers, and their managers. IV. SCOPE OF WORK AND EXPECTED RESULTS The solution shall include services such as, but not limited to: a) Provide PoC (Proof of Concept) including a proposal for how to move forward should the POC prove successful. b) Acquisition of subscription services (Software as a Service) having the initial term for 12 months with possibility of extension to maximum aggregated period of 5 years. c) Provision of Software enhancements for the solution if needed. d) Provision of application and configuration services to address new requirements specified by the GCF. e) Project and change management activities for the new system with key project stakeholders. f) Ensure sufficient guidelines for integrating with the existing platforms such as: o Okta Identity Platform, used for employee single-sign-on through SAML or OIDC standards. o SAP SuccessFactors for Employee experience management o Corporate Performance Management System (Shibumi) o General availability of application APIs for input and output of data with custom applications. g) Key user technical support. h) Testing and system adjustments. i) Provision of training, technical documentation, eLearning module, development efforts if the needs are identified by the Fund j) Capacity building, end-user training, and continuous system improvement after handover. k) Support and respond to any needed changes to software during development and guaranty period. l) System configuration & setting adjustments. m) Process documentation n) Training – Key users training and building training materials. o) Customized reports creation when requested. p) Helpdesk provisioning for handling requests and issues that are to be channeled via key named users during the GCF’s standard workhours – we request to indicate the SLAs in the Proposal, describing how the Contractor will approach the process for fulfilling the requests and issues depending on their business impact.
