Furthermore, the Contractor will distribute/replace the water bottles within the UNAMI HQ compound in Baghdad (Green Zone) by performing daily tours on all dispensers located on the UNAMI compound in the green zone, replacing empty bottles with filled ones during the UNAMI working hours (08:30 AM – 17:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday), keep a balance of filled bottles in stock away from direct sunlight, make sure that all bottles are packed with properly packaged and sealed without drippings or leakages. The works consist of: Advanced drinking water treatment plant (RO) • raw water tank • pre-treatments (to remove turbidity, free chlorine and particles up to 5 microns); • Advanced filtering (Reverse Osmosis) with CIP. • remineralization. • automated onsite water quality testing and quantity monitoring, • Treated water storage tank. Complete bottling system for 15 – 20 liters PET bottles • bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, and labeling units, Production speed: 50 bottles /Hour for PET bottles. Complete bottling system for 500 ml glass bottles • bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, labeling, and wrapping units, Production speed: 150 bottles/hour for glass bottles..
