The appointed expert will thoroughly assess the LMS functionalities, both technical and non-technical, and provide detailed recommendations for its optimal functioning. Scope of Work: The scope of work entails a comprehensive evaluation of the LMS's technical aspects, including Information Technology (IT), User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Hosting, and Domain. Additionally, the assessment will encompass non-technical facets such as feature assessment and reporting capabilities. The expert shall identify strengths, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the LMS aligns with LEA's objectives.
