Tenders are invited for Consultant for Design and Specification for Indoor Training Space. INJAZ Lebanon seeks the services of a qualified consultant who can provide design and equipment specifications for the rehabilitation of existing interior spaces located in North Lebanon, Minieh area and Akkar. These spaces are currently in use but require some minor rehabilitation work and proper space allocation to make them suitable for use as a multipurpose training and workshop space by the surrounding community. The objective of this consultancy is to provide recommendations, proposed design, and equipment specifications based on the preliminary requirements of the community working group, taking into consideration the functional, aesthetic, and sustainability requirements of the space. The space can accommodate up to 25 participants and will be used for training workshops, seminars, lectures, and cultural events. The design concept should be creative, workable, and meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the space while considering sustainability. The consultant will be responsible for providing design and specification recommendations for equipment and works needed to prepare the space for increased community use. Specifically, the consultant will be responsible for the following: Site visit: Conduct a site visit to the community centers to evaluate the existing infrastructure and assess the needed intervention on all levels. Design Draft: Based on the site visit and the design planned by the working group (to be shared with the consultant before the site visit by Injaz) there will be an advanced design draft with best options for selecting furniture, interior design and the best usage of space.
