Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record in business creation, preferably in the context of cooperatives or social enterprises. Strong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document success stories and deliver training/coaching sessions. Experience in capacity building and designing relevant training programs. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of cooperative principles and practices is highly desirable. Relevant educational background and certifications are an asset..
