Scope of Work: Supplier must provide : Detailed trip rates from Search For Common Ground office in Achrafieh Tabaris to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon Visit areas : Akkar / Bekaa / South / Tripoli /Beirut /Mount Lebanon Prices for different vehicle categories if applicable: 2x4, 4x4, 7 seater, 24 passenger bus, 30 Passenger bus Half day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees Full day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees Availability of online booking system and/or App Rates in USD Offers should include: Waiting time lapse (free and charged time) Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel) If prices are inclusive of VAT or not Estimated time of taxi arrival to Achrafieh-Tabaris How to apply To apply, interested candidates (agencies, companies, and firms) are requested to submit a technical and financial proposal in separate files to the below link: https://jobs.lever.co/sfcg/625293e5-bf51-40fb-b73e-08646b3bea16 The technical proposal with company profile and services rendered. The main proposal must not be more than 5 pages. Kindly add if the cars fleet is owned by the company or by the drivers. A financial proposal stating: The price quotation of each item presented above. Validity of price offer, and frequency of change in prices Delivery terms and conditions (lead time in South ,Tripoli , Bekaa , Akkar) Proposed payment plan Legal papers of registration.
