About ARYAF PROJECT ARYAF serves Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises operating in food processing, local hospitality, tourism, the restaurant industry, eco-tourism, and agri-tourism within west Bekaa, Zahle and South Mount Lebanon. The program aims to empower sixty MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) to increase their sales volume, implement a business continuity plan, and provide training to their staff, including youth, women, and disabled individuals. The program is funded by The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), in partnership with Berytech, within the framework of Strengthening Agriculture, Local Communities and Small and Medium Enterprises project (ACE). Scope of Work SERVICE: Marketing and Sales Consultant Job briefing. To combine all marketing channels to form a plan that improves the company local sales; creating campaigns and strategies to increase the value of the brand. To introduce the JUDI high-end products in the local market. To organize the company marketing activities and to indicate an effective mechanism for maximum customer satisfaction. Finding an effective sales and branding strategy in the local market targeting Niche supermarkets, Online shops, and Retail outlets/ specialties shops. The goal is to ensure the marketing operations, to engage the customers and to outperform competition. Responsibilities and Deliverables SOW/ Responsibilities, tasks PURPOSE/ Company Needs /Objectives DELIVERABLES TIMELINE Starting Approval and Announcement Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs. Creating a Local marketing Strategy and a forceful “aggressive” communication. Business targeting Specialty shops and Niche supermarkets in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Kesrouan, and Batroun. In addition, the company is targeting Beirut airport Free Zone. Submit written directions and sequential guidelines to launch JUDI products in the local market with the most effective methods and tools. Week 1 (1 day on Site and 1 Day Reporting) Forecast market trends and commercial opportunities. Analyze sales and marketing system of measurement. Right distribution of the various categories of products in the right POS through the main coastal cities. Define specific marketing tools and goals aligned with Business targets. Product Positioning & Value Proposition Week 2 (2 days Reporting) Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget. Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels. Address advertising needs Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans, including marketing tools and setting an adequate timeline. Report on Monitoring marketing projects and analyzing results. Week 3 to Week6 (2 Days Reporting + 2 days on Site Monitoring and Evaluation) Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues. Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products. Submit reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas. In addition to the communication strategy that includes a well-planned calendar. Week 3 (2 day Reporting Experiment the possibility to reach an agreement in renting space at the duty-free zone as a point of sales for Judi Lebanon The objective is to reaching expats and foreigners to increase export and exposure. Introduce JUDI to the airport free zone managing directors and or succeed in drafting a pre-agreement. Week 6 ( 2 days Meeting and 2 Days Reporting) Qualifications Proven work experience as a Marketing consultant and Marketing strategist involved in F&B Sector. Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns; at least 10 years of experience Knowledge of data analysis and market research In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM) Ability to think strategically and analytically. Apt in writing proposals and reports Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. Outstanding organizational abilities Aptitude in problem-solving MSc/MA in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field. Timeline and Application The selected Consultancy is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection (the effective date is to be confirmed), and the contract duration is of 8 Weeks. Candidates should submit the following documents: Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in the section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further. Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consulting company) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as an annex) along with project references on the topic. Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
