Founders, members, shareholders, authorized signatories, manager, capital, exhibitor activity, current events. 9- A statement issued by the competent court (commercial registry) proving that the bidder is not in a state of bankruptcy and liquidation. 10- Guarantee the offer specified in Article (7) of this book.
