The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, is conducting a public tender for the provision of veterinary medicines and vaccines required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Livestock Directorate - using the public tender method for the year 2025, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who deal in Trade in veterinary medicines and vaccines, registered for the year 2025 in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Those who have a license to import veterinary medicines and vaccines issued by the Directorate of Animal Wealth -  Ministry of Agriculture. The contract is made by public tender on the basis of providing a price for each item separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more items, which are divided into (6 categories) as follows: First category: Foot-and-mouth disease in cows, sheep, and goats (FMD). Second category: Smallpox. Sheep Pox The third category: Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) The fourth category: Dewormers The fifth category: Dog vaccine The sixth category: LSD vaccine for cows The provisional supply for each item separately is assigned to the bidder whose offer is acceptable from an administrative and technical standpoint and who submitted the lowest price for each item separately.
