Interested Consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, organization chart of the firm, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). The shortlisting criteria are: 1. (Design experience) minimum three (3) of similar successful projects in dams designing within last ten (10) years 2. (Supervision experience) minimum three (3) of similar successful projects in construction supervision within last ten (10) years 3. Organization structure 4. ISO9001, IOS14001 certified 5. Managerial capability of the firm. 6. Financial Capability The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Paragraphs, 1.23, and 1.24 of the Guidelines for Procurement of Consultant Services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (the “Procurement Guidelines”), setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest..
