(Attach a form for evaluating a project/organization ) · Provide certificate/experience papers related to the subject . · Experience in the work of NGOs and knowledge of development projects · Experience in designing institutional capacity building programs, specifically monitoring and evaluation programs, as a trainer and as an evaluator . General Terms · All quotations are in Euros , inclusive of any tax deductions. · The deadline for submission is Thursday, 6/29/2023 · The financial offer, in line with the submitted technical proposal, is subject to evaluation at a value of (30% financial and 70% technical), and the association has the right to submit alternative proposals regarding the cost . · This solicitation of bids with its terms is part of the contract(s) to be signed . · Work will be done immediately after awarding . · In the event of breach of any of the conditions, the assignment is considered null and the association or the donor shall not bear any financial, legal or customary consequences, etc. · The association has the right to cancel any price offer that is not committed to the above deadline and/or the terms of the bid, without giving reasons . · Payment by bank check within 45 days of final delivery and receipt of the invoice/financial claim ..
