About “Sustainable Growth Jobs and Resilience - Digital Economy component” Project Enabel, the Belgian Development Agency, has been asked to lead the formulation of a Multi-partner Contribution Agreement in Palestine that will be financed by the EU under the Team Europe Initiative “Sustainable growth jobs and resilience” - Digital Transformation component; EU Palestine Annual action “ Digital economy in favour of Palestine” which will be implemented by a consortium of three European partners namely Expertise France, CPMA, Enabel. The General Objective of this action is to foster sustainable and inclusive digital-enabled economic development in Palestine (Jerusalem, Gaza, West Bank). The Specific Objectives of this action are as followed: Outcome 1: The business environment, including gender specific provisions and institutional coordination for digital development is improved. Outcome 2: Palestinian ICT offer, entrepreneurial ecosystem and digital education providers are strengthened.
