Review the previous materials for the "office management" diploma offered by the association. Holding sessions with trainers who had experience in education within the Office Management Diploma Program. Determining the shortcomings and weaknesses of each educational subject, developing it, and working to avoid it during the development of the curriculum. Determine the methods and methods of teaching and strategies that are suitable for each topic in the course, and that would help the teacher and the learner to achieve the goal of the curriculum. Determining and selecting the content of the developed curriculum and its methods based on the development goals of each subject, ensuring the coherence and integration of the training material.
