Note: the company/candidate is responsible for ensuring the billboard is hanged on over the contracting period. Any damage for the billboard, the company/contractor is obliged to fix and/or reprint and hand it once again without any further costs to be incurred by the MdM-Ch. Billboard 12 (6 in Gaza and 6 in West Bank) Duration and timeframe: - A first proposal of a visual should be validated by the 14th of May 2023. - The deliverables should be finalized by the 31st of May 2023. Requested qualifications and experience. The candidates should have: • Demonstrable experience in producing graphic designs for international non-governmental organizations. • Demonstrable experience in producing awareness-raising graphic designs. • Demonstrable experience in printing high-quality IEC materials • Ability to rent places for hanging out billboards in areas accepted by MdM-CH. • Good interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to respect confidentiality. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and to complete work to a high quality. • Flexibility and capacity to work under pressure. • Commitment towards principles and ethics of humanitarian aid, including compliance with MdM standards and principles. • The applicant must possess all the technical equipment needed to achieve the work. • Company license and tax deduction at source certificate are needed. Application procedure Interested candidates are requested to submit the following proposals: Technical proposal • Resume/CV that shows a similar previous experience with references. • A sample of similar output. • Timeframe for services implementation sticking with the one proposed by MdM-CH. Financial proposal: The offered price must be for all deliverables as requested in the Terms of Reference as one package in ILS excluding VAT (for Companies) and including transportation and all required equipment.
