The last date for submitting price offers is on Wednesday corresponding to 04/05/2023 at twelve o’clock in the afternoon, in the office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs / Administration Building, second floor, room No. 315, and in the event that it is not possible to deliver them by hand, it can be sent to the e-mail tenders@birzeit.edu . 8. Preventing him from participating permanently in the university's bids, and including his name in the black list, with an indication of the reasons, and he is not removed except by a decision of the university president. 4.
