Contractors registered and classified with a valid registration and classification certificate with the National Classification Committee in the specialty of water and sewage not less than fourth grade who wish to participate in this tender may receive a copy of the tender documents for a non-refundable amount of 200 shekels for each copy of the tender , starting from Wednesday 19-07- 2023 until Tuesday corresponding to 01-08-2023 between nine o'clock in the morning and two o'clock in the afternoon at the headquarters of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group in Nablus - An-Najah University Street - Plaza Building - first floor. The field visit is on 07-26-2023 at nine o'clock in the morning, from the group's headquarters in Nablus. Bids will be returned to the headquarters of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group in Nablus , no later than eleven o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday corresponding to 02-08-2023 . Bids will open on Thursday corresponding to 03-08-2023 at ten o’clock in the morning at the Welfare Association ’s headquarters in Ramallah. A bank guarantee or certified bank check of 5% of the bid value (bid entry guarantee) must be attached and in the name of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group.
