Tender Dossier can be obtained by interested qualified tenderers from the below address: PEF Head Office Amer Qeshta Building - 2nd Floor, Al-Jawazat junction, Abu-Baker El-Sideeq St., Rafah, Palestine 08-2131506 Or PEF Gaza Office Al Haiytham 3 Building – Ground Floor, In front of Palestine Hotel, Al Rasheed St., Gaza city Between 9:00 am – 03:00 pm (Gaza Time) Sunday to Thursday · The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 21/03/2023 until 02/04/2023 at 3:00 pm (Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class First, second and third (water and sewage) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier). · A pre-bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 28/03/2023 at 12:00 P.M in the PEF Head Office in Rafah. · The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF head office at the addresses mentioned above is 04/04/2023 at 12:30 PM. · Tenders will be opened in the presence of the interested tenderer at the deadline date at 12:45 PM. · Tenderers will be required to submit tender security accompanied by the financial offer in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorized by the Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA). The minimum Tender security amount is 5,000 US $ valid for at least 120 days after the deadline of submission this tender in the name of PEF. · PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender. · The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation..
