Bidders must observe the following bid conditions : - The bidder must have a company register, a licensed operator, and a valid tax party to date . - The preliminary meeting will be held on Wednesday , June 14, 2023 at Secours Islamique France (SIF) office at 1:00 pm . - Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT . The prices shall be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of submitting the bid . - The advertisement fee shall be paid to the recipient of the bid . - Obtaining the bid document for free . - (Secours Islamique France (SIF) It is not bound by the lowest prices offered without giving reasons, and reserves the right to accept the whole or partial offer . - Secours Islamique France (SIF) has the right to cancel the bid without giving reasons . - Bids must be submitted in the sealed and sealed envelope . The last date for submitting the bid is 1:000 pm on Thursday corresponding to June 22, 2023, which is the date for the envelope opening session ..
