(2) Financial and technical envelopes, sealed with red wax in the name of Mr. / Chairman of the Tenders Committee of the General Directorate of Awqaf. The envelope should write (Tender No. - Tender Subject). The bid validity period is (90) days from the closing date. The accepted bidder shall provide a final insurance of (10%) of his bid, valid for the duration of the contract implementation. The management has the right to increase or decrease 20% of the value of the contracted works.
