The method of payment will be by cash at Accounts Branch of respective Zonal Education Office. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate with separate cover to the respective Zonal Director of Education to the address in the Table above on or before 15.00 hours on 20.09.2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the respective Zonal Education Office soon after closing in the presence of the bidder’s representative who chooses to attend. Bid shall be valid up to 77 days after the deadlines for Bid submission. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the name of respective Zonal Director of Education from either a reputed Bank approved by Central Bank of Sri Lanka or Construction Guarantee Fund (CGF). Bid Security should be valid up to 105 days from 20.09.2023. Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on 14.09.2023 at 10.30 a.m. at the respective Zonal Education Office..
