A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Head of Building Engineering Services at the above address from 26.04.2023 until 16.05.2023 from 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Eight Thousand (Rs. 8,000.00) only. The method of payment will be in cash. Sealed bids in duplicate shall be marked "Construction of Single Storey Steel Building for People's Bank Printing Department at No. 30/101, Kew Road, Colombo 02” on the top left- hand corner and deposited in the Tender Box available at the office of the Head of Building Engineering Services, Engineering Services Department, 6th iloor, People's Bank Head Office Building at No.75, Sir Chittampalain A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02. or sent by registered post addressed to the Head of Building Engineering Services, Engineering Services Department of the above address to reach him at or before 3.00 p.m. on 17.05.2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 16.08.2023. 08.
