Further details regarding this work may be obtained either by calling over at the Ratnapura Municipal Council or by calling on Tel. Nos. 045-2222275 / 045-2223502 / 045-3122714 during office hours. Those who require may inspect the bid documents free of charge on working days of the week. Sealed bids may either be deposited in the Sealed Tender Box kept at the Office of the Ratnapura Municipal Council or sent by registered post addressed to “Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Ratnapura” to receive at or before 11.00 a.m. on 05.09.2023, Late bids will be rejected. Bids should be in duplicate as Original and Duplicate enclosed in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a single envelope mentioning the Name of the Work on the left hand top corner of the envelope. Bids will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 05.09.2023 at the Office of the Ratnapura Municipal Council. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids..
