The method of payment will be Cash or Bank Draft drawn in favor of Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees LKR 1,680,000.00 obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Rank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 20tn November 2023 (119 Days from the date of opening the Bids, including bid open date).
