All bids shall be accompanied by a uBid Security'4, of Sri Lankan Rupees One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand (LKR 1,450,000.00) obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 20th November 2023.
