The method of payment will be by cash to the Shroff at Finance Department of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka at Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana Sealed Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the Chairman Procurement Committee II, C/o Senior Deputy Director (Engineering Services), Engineering Services Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana at or before 14:00 hours on 20.09.2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 20.12.2023. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Rs. 60,000.00. Bid Security shall be valid up to 17.01.2024.
