Bids should be accompanied by a bid security as per the forms provided with the bid documents valid up to 01.09.2023 in favour of the District Director of Health Services, Matara issued by a commercial bank Bid number and the description should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid. Sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman. Procurement Committee. Office of the District Director of Health Services - Matara. Paramulla, Matara” or hand carried and deposited in the Tender Box after entering in the relevant register. Bids submitted should be valid up to 01.09.2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 10.30 a.m. on 04.05.2023 at the Office of the District Director of Health Services, Matara and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids..
