(Courier charges to be born by the Tenderer) if so desired by the Tenderer. The complete set of SPD can also be downloaded from the website (https://www.hsep.lk/index.php/aiib/projectstenders/tenders). However, the Proposer is required to provide evidence of paying the required fee along with the submitted Proposal. 6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th May 2023 at 11.30 a.m. Electronic tendering will not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 4 th May 2023 at 11.30 a.m. 7. A Tender Security shall be required for the amount of LKR 13,000,000.00 or equivalent in USD as specified in ITT 19.1 of the Tender Documents in the forms specified as therein..
