A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligiblebidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Thirty Thousand (LKR. 30,000/-) to the Chief Shroff, 2nd Floor, Sri Lanka Customs on working days from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on or before 25th October 2023. The method of payment will be by cash only. Bids must be delivered to Logistics Directorate, 6th Floor, Sri Lanka Customs. No. 40, Main Street, Colombo 11 before 3.00 p.m. on 25th October 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the bid closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 3.00 p.m. on 25th October 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee of not less than Sri Lankan Rupees Two Million (LKR 2,000,000.00).
