Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Tenders should be marked “Proposed Improvement, Modification and Upgrading of Class room (Section B)” on the top left corner of the envelope. Bids shall be valid for 91 days after the closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Million (LKR 2,000,000.00) obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka and shall be valid up to 20.02.2024..
