Sealed Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the following address “Chairman, Road Development Authority Procurement Committee, C/o Director General, Road Development Authority, 1st Floor, “MaganegumaMahamedura”, No.216, DenzilKobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla on or before 14.00 hrs on 15/09/2023. Offers shall be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope “ Bid for Purchase of bitumen 60/70 1150 MT ”. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidder or representative who chooses to attend. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid- Security and shall be valid up to 09/02/2024..
