Without notice, action will be taken to remove the names of the suppliers who don’t supply goods and services as per stipulated standards and who don’t offer the response while calling for quotations. All applications should be sent by Registered Post to Director, District General Hospital, Trincomalee, on the top left hand corner of the envelope marked “Registration of Suppliers for the year 2024”. The last date of accepting filled applications and documents is 11.11.2023, at or before 3.45 p.m. and all applications received after this date will be rejected..
