Duly completed bids, prepared in two copies and marked as original and duplicate should be inserted in separate envelopes and sealed and these two covers should thereafter be inserted in a single sealed envelope with the bid reference No. and the name of the bid indicated on the top left-hand corner of this envelope and sent by registered post to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 04.04.2023 or may be inserted in the bid box kept at the above address..
