Bidding Document will be issued by 17/08/2023 to 05/09/2023. 9. Bids must be delivered to Chairman - Department procurement committee, General Sir John Kotalawala Defence University Hospital, Werahera, Boralesgamuwa on or before 0200PM 06/09/2023 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids. Bidders or their accredited agents could be present at the time of opening of bids. 10. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 1% of the bid value of the package in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The Bid security shall be a Bank Guarantee issued by the commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The bid shall be valid up to 04/01/2024. The bid guarantee should be valid up to 05/02/2024. Further it should be as per the format given in the bidding document. Pre bid meeting will be held on 1000AM on 23/08/2023 at the DMS Conference Hall, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University Hospital, Werahera.
