A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested prospective Bidders on submission of a written application in their company letterhead to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Property Development Limited, Floor 19, Bank of Ceylon Headquarters Building, "BOC Square", No. 01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01, on any working day between 0900 hrs and 1500 hrs from 19 June 2023 until 12 July 2023, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/= per set of documents only. The method of payment will be in cash. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for Rupees Four Hundred Thousand only (Rs. 400,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee using the form of Bid Security included under Section 9 of the Bidding Document or an official cheque issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, which shall be valid up to 10 November 2023 (119 Days from the date of closing the bids)..
