Marks & Nos: 1. Name of manufacturer, Item Description, Batch No., SR No., State Mark, Details of manufacture and Date of expiry (Year to be marked in four digits) should be stated on individual/inner/outer pack 2. MSD Order No. and SPC indent No. should be stated on inner/outer pack qty 3,940,000 Pads Bid Bond Value (LKR): 1,139,448/= Pack size : Each Delivery : 1,340,000 Pads immediately. 1,300,000 Pads 02 months after 1st lot 1,300,000 Pads 03 months after 2nd lot A Non refundable fee of Rs. 20,000/= + taxes should be paid in cash to SPC for each set of Tender Documents..
