The bids without the copy of the payment receipt will be rejected. The deadline for inspection, issue and accepting payments of the bidding document is 3.00 p.m. on 14th August 2023. Bids shall be valid up to 15th November 2023 and bid should be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 250,000 valid till 15th December 2023 as mentioned in the bid document.
