The method of payment will be by cash. Sealed bids shall be deposited in the tender box available at the office of the Accountant (Procurement), Postal Head Quarters, Ground Floor, No. 310, D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo 10 or sent by registered post to the address below on or before 14.00 hours on 08^ September 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the Presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the closing time. Bids shall be valid up to 91 calendar days from the date of closing of the bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security valid until 06^ January 2024 and drawn in favour of "Postmaster General, Department of Post". Chairman of Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right of accepting any portion of a bid without adducing any reasons. Pre-Bid meeting in this regard will be held at 10.30 hours on 25^ August 2023 at Postmasters General’s Conference Room, Headquarters, Department of Posts, No. 310, D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10.
