IFC seeks to hire a strategic consultancy firm to support IFC with the technical; commercial and strategic aspects related to the sell-side due diligence and transaction implementation; including (i) strategic review of the Sri Lankan telecoms market (ii) technical and commercial due diligence of SLT’s assets; strategic positioning and development plans; (iii) elaboration of its business plan; (iv) assistance with transaction structuring and (v) assistance with conducting a transparent tender process up until commercial close with the selected strategic investor. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
