Estimated statement 620,543,000 SYP six hundred Twenty million five hundred and forty-three thousand Syrian pounds only. Initial deposits: 5% of the value of the estimated statement. Final deposits: 10% of the value of the referral, presented by a certified check or bank guarantee for the order of the directorate, a bank transfer, or a deposit with the Ministry of Finance. Delay fine: 01% for each day of delay in the implementation period. 180 Within one calendar day, the bidder must submit a document that classifies a contractor specializing in buildings in the excellent, first, second, or third categories. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: Six months from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids. Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: Six months from the day following the date of notification of the referral. Bids are submitted to the office of the General Directorate of Antiquities and Museums in Damascus within an envelope containing two envelopes, the first containing the identification papers and initial insurance, and the second. On the financial offer until the end of official working hours from Sunday 10/1/2023, and the offers will be opened on Monday 10/2/2023 at ten o’clock in the directorate building.
