Note that 1- The value of the estimated statement No. 28834 / p 14 s dated 24/5/2023: / 50,003,466,935 / SYP only fifty billion and three million four hundred and sixty-six thousand nine hundred and thirty-five Syrian pounds only 2- Implementation period / 1000 days / only one thousand calendar days 3_ Initial insurances / 2% / two percent of the value of the estimated statement submitted by certified check drawn to the order of the institution or with a bank guarantee provided that it covers the period of engagement or a bank transfer from his account to the institution's account 4_ Final insurances / 2% / two percent of the contract value submitted by certified check drawn to the order of the institution or a bank guarantee to cover the period of engagement or bank transfer from his account to the account of the institution 5_ Arrests / 5% / five percent of the benefits 6_ Delay fine / 0.001 / one per thousand of the referral allowance for each day of delay 7_ The period of the bidder's association with his offer is two months, starting from the day following the last date for submitting offers.
