Note that 1- The value of the estimated statement No. 28846/p. 14 Q dated 5/24/2023: /50,003,466,935/SYP only fifty billion and three million four hundred and sixty-six thousand nine hundred and thirty-five Syrian pounds only 2- Implementation period: /1000 days/ only One thousand calendar days 3_ Initial deposits: /2% / two percent of the value of the estimated statement are presented by a certified check drawn to the institution’s order or by a bank guarantee that covers the duration of the engagement or a bank transfer from his account to the institution’s account. 4_ Final deposits /2% / two percent of the contract value are provided . By a certified check drawn to order the institution or by a bank guarantee that covers the duration of the engagement or a bank transfer from his account to the institution’s account 5_ Suspensions/5%/five percent of the entitlements 6_Delay fine/0.001/one thousandth of the referral allowance for each day of delay 7_Duration of engagement The bidder offers two months, starting from the day following the last date for submission of offers. 8- The period of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is four months, starting from the day following his notification of the referral of the pledge to him..
