In Aleppo after the earthquake for the year 2023, the estimated detection is 508935060 Syrian pounds, five hundred and eight million nine hundred and thirty-five thousand and sixty Syrian pounds nothing more. Initial deposits are 5% of the value of the estimated statement. Final deposits are 10% of the value of the referral and are presented by a certified check or bank guarantee for the directorate’s order, a bank transfer or a deposit with the Ministry of Finance. Late fine is 01% for each day of delay. Implementation period is 240 calendar days. The bidder must submit a document that classifies a specialty contractor (buildings) in the categories (excellent, first, second, or third). Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: Six months from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids. Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his bid: Six months from the day following the date on which he is notified of the referral. Offers will be submitted. To the office of the General Directorate of Antiquities and Museums in Damascus within an envelope containing two envelopes, the first containing the identification papers and initial insurance, and the second containing the financial offer until the end of official working hours from Sunday 10/22/2023.
