Obtaining the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for paying its value of / 5000 / L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds only and / 100000 / SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds Request a subscription to submit offers. Bids shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, on which the subject of the request for proposals shall be written stamped to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until 4 pm on Saturday, 11/2023/35 AD, and the offers shall be delivered by hand or sent by guaranteed mail. The bids shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Law No. 1 dated 2/2022/2500000 on contracts of the Ministry of Defense..
