The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the conditions. The following is the estimated statement value: (400,040,000) for 0 S only Four hundred million and forty thousand Syrian pounds, nothing other than the initial insurances: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final insurances: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) days from the date of submission of offers. Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. He shall bear all expenses, taxes, fees, and all resulting expenses.
